Rt. Hon. Lord Patten of Barnes and Sarah Brenan
I met with the Rt. Hon. Lord Patten of Barnes, who is the former Former Governor of Hong Kong, European Commissioner for External Relations and now the chairman of the BBC. This encredibly busy man is also the Chancellor of the University of Oxford.
I was commissioned to document his meeting with Hong Kong Author Sarah Brennan who has produced a beautifully illustrated children’s book named "The Tale of Pin Yin Panda". Lord Patten was kind enough to write a lovely blurb about Pin Yin Panda for the back of the book in which he mentioned his grandchildren and so naturally he was awarded copies for each of them by Sarah who spoke with him briefly about his travels and the importance of literacy.
